The Piano Hero is a semi-autobiographical high school musical comedy about an Asian-American classical piano kid who goes on a musical journey to become a rockstar in his new high school.

In this world filled with jocks, nerds, and cliché high school tropes from classic American teen dramas, what happens when the Asian piano kid tries to subvert expectations of being perceived as a model minority student? How will he discover what it means to find your own voice and become your own hero?
